CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION


Each member ofUniversMini can, if he wishes, subscribe to a Premium subscription. The Premium service is presented in the form of a virtual membership card. This card is marketed at the single price of €19,99 including tax for a full year (365 days from the date of payment).

Subscription payment and start of benefits
The annual amount of the Premium subscription is €19.99 including VAT. This amount can be paid by all means of payment available on the site at the time of ordering. The subscription will be active (and the functional benefits) as soon as it is added to your basket. Only customers in mainland France can subscribe and add the Premium subscription to their basket.

Period of validity
The Premium card is valid for one year (365 days) from the date of issue. You can find this information in your customer area, under "My account / UniversMini PREMIUM".

Subscription renewal
You can renew your Premium subscription at any time. The remaining days will then be added to your new subscription.

Abuse and suspension of service
The subscription UniversMini Premium is personal and non-transferable. It is attached to a member UniversMini and the services and benefits are reserved exclusively for its holder. The subscription UniversMini Premium is not valid for professionals. In case of abuse (multiple delivery and/or billing addresses), UniversMini reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend its validity, in which case no refund can take place.

In the case where UniversMini would remove the premium service from the site UniversMini.com, a voucher corresponding in proportion to the number of unused months of your card will be created for you as compensation.
