SOME DEFINITIONS :

Occasion & artisanal serviceUniversMini : means the functional and organizational structure put in place by UniversMini allowing the connection of Sellers and Buyers of Products. The offers are made exclusively via the Internet.

MAKING A SALE:

OBLIGATION OF MEMBERS:

By registering withUniversMini, the Member has a unique identifier and a strictly personal nominative access code, which he undertakes to keep confidential. In remuneration for the use of the Occasion & artisanal service ofUniversMini, the Seller authorizes UniversMini to be deducted from the Transaction Price minus shipping costs, a Commission determined according to the terms defined below. The Commission is due by the Seller even in case of return of the Product by the Buyer, except for fault ofUniversMini.

TAXATION:

TERMINATION:
