Sales made by UniversMini are subject to the general terms and conditions of sale (GTC), to which the buyer declares to adhere without restriction or reservation, as soon as he sends a complete purchase order electronically. These general terms and conditions of sale alone will govern all sales contracts concluded between UniversMini and its customers unless otherwise specifically provided for in the contract. Acceptance of any offer fromUniversMini implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. These conditions apply exclusively to non-commercial individuals. Our prices indicated for each product are expressed in Euros including all taxes and do not include costs related to order processing and product shipping (packaging, processing and transport costs in particular).

The prices of the products offered by UniversMini can be modified without prior notice and unilaterally.

COMMANFROM:

Any order will only be valid and the sales contract will only be deemed to have been formed when payment has been made and confirmed by the bank and UniversMini. Any order implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. In the absence of availability of the product, UniversMini undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible. From then on, the customer has the right to partially or completely cancel the order, UniversMini reimbursing the customer at no additional cost for the product (s) not available. UniversMini only makes one shipment for the same order.

The provision of personal information collected for the purposes of distance selling is mandatory, as this information is essential for processing and delivering orders, drawing up invoices and warranty contracts. PAYMENT TERMS :

Products sold by UniversMini are intended for mainland France. In this case, no orders from abroad will be accepted. You must therefore reside in mainland France to place an order withUniversMini.

- Wire Transfer :
The purchase order generated and validated electronically is payable in cash. The goods are shipped once the bank transfer has been received and cashed. You have 7 days to send your payment by bank transfer, after this period the purchase order is considered cancelled. Information relating to payment by bank transfer is accessible when choosing the payment method when validating the order.

- By credit card (CIC, Paypal):
The purchase order generated and validated electronically is payable in cash. The goods will be shipped as soon as the service provider responsible for payment by credit card has confirmed the transaction between you, the customer, and a secure system. The transaction is completely secure and encrypted. UniversMini at no time has access to this data, but only to the summary of the payment and the confirmation. Your bank details are not stored electronically on the partner site or at UniversMini.

- By Paypal (with your Paypal Account):
The purchase order generated and validated electronically is payable in cash. The goods will be shipped upon receipt of payment. The transaction is completely secure and encrypted. UniversMini at no time has access to this data, but only to the summary of the payment and the confirmation.



- By Cadhoc check:
In partnership with ACHOC, we offer you the possibility of paying all or part of your order using gift vouchers ACHOC. These gift certificates are generally offered by companies and works councils to allow you to buy your gifts freely.

To pay by check ACHOC, choose Cadhoc check payment at the end of the order, then send us your valid checks to the address indicated when confirming your order.

Your order will be sent to you upon receipt of the checks. If the amount of your order is greater than the cumulative value of your gift vouchers, please make the difference by credit card or Paypal (to be done once your order has been registered). If the amount of your order is less, we will not refund the difference. We therefore invite you to complete your order.

Please note: to be valid, your check must include the stub and the main part.

- Per account UniversMini :
The purchase order generated and validated electronically is payable in cash. The goods will be shipped upon payment validated by UniversMini. The transaction is completely secure. Your account UniversMini is supplied in euros, by the gain of sales made in the Used Universe, or by a deposit by check, bank card (50 euros minimum), bank transfer. In the event of an insufficient balance on your Account UniversMini, you can complete the payment of the order with a credit card payment.

DELIVERY:

Deliveries are made by La Poste and Mondial Relay.

It is the buyer's responsibility to sign the delivery note presented by La Poste or Mondial Relay in order to make any comments concerning the products delivered (damaged products and/or missing products), or to refuse the package if it is damaged.

The parcel is tracked until you receive it. UniversMini will do everything possible to deliver orders as soon as possible, knowing that the delivery time will never exceed 30 days from the date of the order and the actual payment thereof. For reserved products, the period begins when they are shipped, and not when the reservation is made.

In the event of delivery to the buyer's workplace, as La Poste or Mondial Relay do not have access to the offices, laboratories or warehouses, the buyer must make all necessary arrangements with reception so that their order is delivered to them. UniversMini declines all responsibility in the event of loss or theft. In the event of an error in the libelland the contact details of the recipient of the order, UniversMini would not be held responsible for the impossibility of delivery. The reshipment would in this case be at the customer's expense.

If the buyer is not present during the presentation of the package, he will be invited to come and collect his package at the address indicated on the calling card left by the Post Office within the time limit. The same is true for a delivery by Mondial Relay, once the SMS or availability email has been received, the buyer will do what is necessary to collect the package within the time limit. Once this period has elapsed (usually 15 days for La Poste and Mondial Relay), the package will be returned to UniversMini which reserves the right to reimburse the buyer for the price of the products ordered and to keep these products. In this case, shipping costs remain the responsibility of the buyer.

A case of force majeure or events such as lockout, strike, total or partial stoppage of work in the seller's factory or at its suppliers, epidemic, war, requisition, fire, flood, interruption or delay in transport , legal or administrative measures preventing, restricting, delaying or prohibiting the manufacture or importation of the goods, the seller is released from all responsibilities upon delivery. UniversMini will keep the buyer informed in a timely manner of the cases and events listed above. In all cases, delivery on time can only take place if the buyer is up to date with his obligations towards UniversMini whatever the cause.

The products ordered will be delivered within thirty days from the day of receipt of the order form, subject to full payment of the price. In the event of non-delivery at the end of this period, the buyer will have the option of cancelling his order or requesting a new reasonable deadline for its delivery. To cancel or request a new delivery deadline for his order, from the 31st, the buyer can send his request by simple email to customer service. In the event of cancellation of the order, the sums paid by the buyer will then be refunded (within 14 days after the cancellation request), excluding any other compensation.

Packages are shipped by La Poste (home delivery), Chronopost (delivery to a Relay Point) and DPD (home or relay point). In the event that the package is too damaged upon delivery, the buyer must refuse it. In the event of a package being lost during transport, investigation times may vary depending on the carrier and take two to three weeks.

The Post Office (Colissimo) : Postage, packaging and processing costs are the responsibility of the customer and fixed at a flat rate of 7.95 euros per shipment for France.

As soon as the order reaches an amount greater than or equal to 140 euros of purchases, the customer benefits from free delivery (valid only for shipment to France).

Chronopost : The shipping, packaging and processing costs are the responsibility of the customer and fixed at a flat rate of 4.95 euros per shipment for France.

As soon as the order reaches an amount greater than or equal to 85 euros of purchases, the customer benefits from free delivery (valid only for shipment to France).

DPD Pickup : The shipping, packaging and processing costs are the responsibility of the customer and fixed at a flat rate of 4.95 euros per shipment for France.

As soon as the order reaches an amount greater than or equal to 85 euros of purchases, the customer benefits from free delivery (valid only for shipment to France).

DPD Predict : The shipping, packaging and processing costs are the responsibility of the customer and fixed at a flat rate of 6.95 euros per shipment for France.

COMPLAINTS / CUSTOMER SERVICE

You must check upon receipt of the package that it is in good condition. If you are required to return a package or product within 14 working days from the date of receipt:

- You return a package without having opened it and therefore refused delivery: In this case UniversMini refunds the entire order as well as the shipping costs related to this order. You are therefore reimbursed in full within 14 days.

- You decide to return a product on your own initiative (the item must be in new condition and in its original packaging): In this case UniversMini refund the amount of the returned item within 14 days. Return costs are your responsibility.

- You decide to return a defective/damaged product: In this case UniversMini sends you a "Colissimo Retour" or "DPD Retour" label by email that you will stick on your package, you have no fees to pay. Upon receipt of the defective/damaged item, you will be reimbursed within 14 days.

- Electronically: By using the form on the site UniversMini. Requests are processed on average within 48 hours and may not exceed 10 days, particularly for disputes or complaints.

In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they will endeavor to find an amicable solution.

WITHDRAWAL:

To do this, he must return the goods in new condition and in their original packaging, all in perfect condition. Returns "carriage paid by the recipient" or "against reimbursement" will be refused. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded and remain available to the consumer on our premises.

GUARANTEE:

All our products are guaranteed for one month against any malfunction under normal conditions of use. The warranty does not cover the replacement of consumables (batteries, bulbs, batteries), it is imperative for the customer to keep the invoice, a copy of it will be requested in the event of a possible return.
